Le Bis Hotel

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and although not big, quite comfortable.

The staff were welcoming, and overall the hotel felt nice. The included breakfast was quite nice.

The hotel had signs posted about no alcohol. I¿m not 100% if that was related to the outside restaurant, but with the halal signs I felt like it wouldn¿t be respectful to bring alcohol into the building. The the shower was a bit small.

The modern Facilities were fantastic the room layout was well thought out and the finishes were very nice

Nothing really. It was off the Main Street which was good to eliminate a lot of the traffics noise. No alcohol allowed out of your room was a bit restrictive but livable.

The fridge cooler was not working. They brought me another one and still hot and never was cold

The room was way too small The breakfast was very poor, and we couldn’t make even a coffee, but to buy in coffee shops The staff wasn’t very nice, they didn’t take our suitcases when we made check in

The staff was very nice , helped us order cheap texi to the airport .Only one thing was not good , the aircondisen is on our head's

Staff is extremely helpful with all our questions and provided us with some extra masks. Netflix.

Small roomsBreakfast is served in the lobby entrance, so everyone that walk-in/out of the hotel are passing by.I've noticed some bugs during our stay.Wifi blocks some of the addresses and overall the network is extremely insecure. We were able to control other people's TV monitor.

It is not the best hotel I seen. But for 35-40$ per nights, it is by far the best. Very clean, friendly, modern, and toilets have bidet.

Rooms are small but for solo traveller, it is good.

The staff at Le bus were amazing! They were friendly and welcoming. Especially Ann in reception, she went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast was good with lots to choose from. I just wish there were more child friendly. The cafe was lovely with beautiful seating area that we enjoyed in the evenings. The location is superb, very close to food markets, shopping areas and lots of restaurants and cafes. We had a wonderful stay at Le bis Hotel.

Le bis is very nice, new hotel in great location - approx. 20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 15 minutes walk to old town, shops and massage salons very close. Staff was very nice and helpful + great breakfast

Staff is extremely nice. Even though their English can be hard to understand sometimes, the staff at Le Bis will do everything in their power to keep the customers happy. Even if it means adding items to the breakfast just because a customer requested it.The hotel is clean and in a nice location. Price is very appropriate.

Shower pressure is unfortunately the biggest downside of this hotel. There is just not enough shower pressure on the upper floors for a comfortable shower. One of the days during our stay, the pressure was especially bad, it was impossible to shower. We contacted the staff which were very keen on helping and fixed it after a couple of hours.The air conditioner in our room made some "cracking" noise randomly throughout the night, which made it hard to fall asleep with the AC on.The toiletries like shampoo, soap and shower gel were provided in very small bottles, but fortunately replaced every day.Breakfast could benefit from more variety. It lacked some western style components.Lastly, you can hear very clearly and loudly when other rooms open or close their doors, or someone is talking in the hallway. There is no sound proofing.

I like the location and the hotel is new the accommodating hospitality.

The bathroom was not washed. The water pressure was low. the kitchen timing of the cafe was chaotic. when they feel they open. when they don't... they dont ! very inconvinient!

New hotel, amazing staff.What ever u need they will help.Always available.Highly recommended especially the help of Oat and Ann, 2 amazing hotel personal that just tried to make us feel comfortable.

Breakfast is really basic and should be improved

The staffs are very nice. The room is very comfortable and modern, which can control everything by touchscreen. The hotel is really close to the attracted place, Klong Mae Kla.
